Default Theatrical Version Vs. Home Video Version

Do you recall any movies you watched at the theatre, then discovered some particular scenes or dialogues are missing on the VHS/DVD/BD edition?

There are some I vaguely recall, for instance, "Man on the Moon." When I saw it at the theatre, I recall seeing a scene where Andy is just a child, he was playing with a puppet outside the school. A child started watching and listening to him, and more children came to watch his show.

This was nowhere to be found on the DVD which left me perplexed. Or did this scene never exist or could it had been another movie? Hmm.

I never saw "Back to the Future: Part II" at the theatres. A friend told me he recall seeing Marty put in $50 for a bottle of Pepsi and getting very little in return. This wasn't on VHS nor DVD from what I can recall.

Any of you guys got some to share here? Feel free to share!
