What to do as a new seller?

Hi, I signed up for these forums back in June but I never started posting until yesterday. I have owned a video/dvd, well now Blu Ray rental store for almost 10 years. In the past few months I started doing business on ebay as I saw the popularity of Blu Ray movies rising. I understand as a new seller on these forums, many of my items will be under scrutiny due to the fact that thieves are abundant on the internet. I was wondering who I would have to talk to so that I will not have any problems? I have my ebay feedback, business license, receipts from my distributor, etc. that I can show. I just do not want to be treated like a criminal and have people make assumptions. Thank you.
