What Blu Movies would you say to avoid? - Blu-ray Forum

I want to get your feedback on what movies on BluRay you think your fellow BluRay owners should avoid wasting their money on.

One stipulation: No "that movie was terrible" reasons. Only technical reasons (which is mostly going to be Picture Quality I'm sure.)

Give the movie/s name and the reason you suggest avoiding it.

Tomb Raider- PQ is grainy and no better than upscaled DVD

Total Recall - I think it might look better on DVD.

I bought this used and the picture has it's good and bad moments.......so that's minus, but the soundtrack is fabulous. If you can get this either used or from BB for $13.99....go for it.

American Psycho - filtered to oblivion, there's almost no detail left and it barely looks better than the DVD.

Actually, the Blu-ray edition look SLIGHTLY better but it's definitely weak for a Blu-ray title.
