turntable grounding problem

lghaze42 Senior Member Member since:Dec 2007 Location:Princeton West Virginia Home Theater Gallery:23	turntable grounding problem I think I have a grounding problem with my turntable.I had to place my turntable on the far right of my preamp so I spliced the ground and used rca female splices to make the cable reach.I have a bad hum that I can't seem to get rid of.The odd thing is I had the exact same hookup on my other preamp and it played fine.My player is a Technics SL-1200mk2.
