Kingdom of War Part 1 Behind the Scenes - missing audio?

I can't find any record on the entire web of anyone else noticing that the first minute and 40 seconds of the Behind the Scenes segment on the Part 1 disc of Kingdom of War is missing audio. The audio doesn't start until 1:40 into the video.

Can someone else confirm this is only an issue for me, and not them? I'm assuming this is an isolated problem to my disc only, for lack of mention of this problem anywhere by anyone else, and there are many reviews of this BD set (and surely it would be the responsibility of any reviewer to actually watch all the parts of the discs they review?).
