Default Heroes on Blu-ray yeah right!!!

Just wanted to share some news with you guys. I was watching G4TV and there was a review of the Heroes HD-DVD. The reviewer mentioned that Heroes will be coming to Blu ray. But we all know that this will never happen because of Universals stubborn HD-DVD obsession. I know it is Horse shit ..just passing on information.

Even though there has been some speculation about Universal going neutral, i would have to agree that it's unlikely. That would be sweet though. huh, one can hope right?

Universal news, Warner news, all I want to hear is ANY great news concerning Blu ray and something on the level of Paramount announcement.

I just got mine from HD Addicts, it's actually pretty sweet. I didn't even know you could download it off of xbox live marketplace, well the first episode at least. But I highly suggest it, it's my first time watching it and so far I'm pretty impressed.

Sweet! But, no thanks. I'll wait; not because I'm a HD-DVD hater, but because I'm a hater of this war. Buyin both won't help. I don't care if I (my decision to invest in bluray) win or loose, as long as somebody wins soon. My concern is for the progression of movies to HD as standard.

It's a great show.

Universal going Neutral and Heroes being one of the first titles out in time for Xmas would be HUGE for the Bluray camp.

I treat the format war like computer components. Hold out too long things will get cheap but something new is always going to be around the corner (leaving the current in the dust) . I enjoy the moment, I know it's expensive but it always is and always has been. What happens when 1080p becomes yesturday's news?

I've heard about some test where 1080 is about all the human eye can handle. More than 1080, and test audiences start experiencing dizzy spells, nausea, and vomiting.

Who knows if its true, but its sounds pretty valid.

I agree it sounds valid but well my source is my dad's friend but he said that they're going to go above 1080. Now that sounds possible because 1900 by 1200 is roughly my resolution on this PC that I'm using as we speak here.

The series was OK till episode 12, was spectacular till the final episode, which was so abysmal, so beyond terrible, so anti-climax, I decided Im passing even on the DVD release...

.. Bring on Prison Break!
