Default Speaker Grille Magnets

My MartinLogan Prefaces are amazing. However, the grill on my Front Left speaker is a little loose. The magnet on the top right of the speaker is getting bad and just touching that part of the grill, it lifts up, then snaps back down, but doesn't stay tight down like the other sides. I tried putting the other grill on it to see, but still had that problem. It's the magnet on the speaker. Is that too small of a thing to call MartinLogan over or is it alright to call?

I know this is a quick question, but I didn't know where else to post it.

I would contact them and at least make them aware of the issue.

Loose grills can cause buzzing or rattling at higher volumes. I would call to make them aware of the issue, and see if there's anything they recommend to do.

I called and they transferred me around 4 times and then nobody picked up the last one and I had to go do some work, so I just sent an e-mail.

Hope I get a response soon.

They won't respond to my e-mail...they used to be so good about responding, but they now they won't respond. Whenever I call, I get directed around 3 times and then I get directed to a voicemail...What should I do?

Only problem is that I don't think all the sides are magnets. Looking closely at them, there are small magnets sticking out, and you have to fit the grill ONTO the magnets and then it sticks. I think it needs an exact size and shape magnet.
