Might Need To Reconsider

Hey. I posted a while back about my Momitsu BDP-899 blu-ray player and my Emotiva UMC-1 processor switching signals. I was told by Emotiva that the new firmware update would fix this, and it didn't.

I'm starting to think about getting a new player. I'd appreciate suggestions, but it can't to be too expensive.

I need a Blu-Ray player that has these specifications:

1) Region Free.
2) As quiet as possible.
3) Doesn't require constant firmware updates.
4) Does Bitstream HD so that it will say DTS-HD or Dolby TrueHD on the processor.
5) Loads Blu-Rays fast.
6) Upconverts DVDs well and has as great of a picture as possible.

Please throw some suggestions out. I'm looking online for different ones. I'm not looking for something crazy high-end, but I don't want a piece of junk either. I want something that will last and have the 6 things listed above.
