Are you talking about the European BD? I have it, and it's available pretty much everywhere around here.

Unless you find it through other UK vendors, buy it online in France, it's the same disc.

No I'm talking about the US directors cut version, which was supposedly coming out on Oct 23rd.

This sucks, it better not have been delayed!

I doubt it has been delayed am pretty sure the system has a glitch and thinks that its already been released and they can't get any copies.

Usually, when Sony (or any companies that send me screeners) cancels or delays something, they send out press release, and I haven't gotten one regarding Hostel. I think the poster above is right; they're probably looking at their actual inventory, and, of course, it wouldn't be there yet

I'm hoping so, I love horror movies and I'm definitely gonna pick this one up....lol then again I buy nearly every horror movie released

It must be a mess up, look at the supposed release date on the Movie, December 31, 1969!! Hmmm Somethings strange!

What I don't understand is the new links title. I did pre-order it again. However, why does it have WS in the title? Doesn't that stand for WideScreen?

After seeing this movie on cable, I had to remove it from my netflix queue. It was just too creepy!

Yep, I had to "force" the wife into watching this with me on DVD.

If its the same transfer from the U.K release, its nothing to write home about.
I would give it a 3-3.5 for PQ and 4 for the PCM audio.
