Care for LCD screens?

I have been using a LCD/plasma screen cleaning kit
that is leaving some streaking,maybe the product may have
been my over use of the spray.

Bought a different product rocketfish cleaner, have not used
it yet.

My question before I use anything is what's the "best-safest" way
to clean LCD tv screens?
And has anyone used rocketfish if so a quick question, do
you apply the spray on the cloth provided or direct to screen?
