Am I alone in thinking that watching the special features could actually ruin a movie? For example I just watched the movie North Face. I loved the movie, the climbing scenes made me feel like I was climbing the North Face of Eiger with the climbers. Wanting more I then watched the "making of" special and saw all the scenes but this time on a stage with a big blue / green screen behind them. While inside I accept this as fact (the special effects process) in most movies today but by seeing it it actually took a little away from the experience for me. Anyways just wondering what most of you thought about special features and what it brings to a movie, good or bad.
