I've only got the DVD version... can you take a screenshot of the BD in the particular scene?

Again it would seem the studios are being lazy and providing one disc for multiple areas. These occurred quite often with DVD, where the release in Australia is the UK cut of the film as the same disc was released there. Face Off and Peter Pan are another 2 films I can think of that had this problem....

OK I just watched my DVD version again tonight (The BD should have used the same print as its an older catalog title), and I could see how a 'cut' could be interpreted with the 'knife in the neck' scene, as its very sharp and quick edits, but without some sort of screenshot of an 'uncut' scene, I cant say for sure it was cut.

My brother in law has the non-anamorphic first release US DVD, so I will compare both scenes next time I am around at his place. I checked movie-censorship.com and no cuts were listed at the moment.

DVD Comparison of 'Knife in Throat Scene' You can use this to confirm or quash the 'Framing' issue on the BD:
