Default Naoki Urasawa's Pluto (manga-based movie)
Illumination Entertainment has picked up the movie rights to the Pluto manga. It'll be a Live-Action/CG hybrid.

Illumination founder Chris Meledandri was producer on Ice Age, Robots, Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who, and Despicable Me.

Weird studio for this in my opinion... I would have seen it producing the recent Astro Boy movie, but not a mature and violent adaptation of Astro Boy like Pluto.

Considering their schedule, I'd estimate a release date to be around 2017, assuming there is no delay or cancellation. (I'm hyped!)
