Featuring Katharine Isabelle (See No Evil 2, Ginger Snaps), Countdown is a desperate race against time to save a helpless child.

This electrifying thriller is directed by John Stockwell (Into the Blue) and written by Richard Wenk (The Equalizer). When a madman kidnaps a young boy and rigs him with explosives, Ray (Ziggler), haunted by the loss of his young son, defies his captain (Kane) and takes matters into his own hands. Now he must beat the clock to stop a psychopath and save an innocent child.

Featuring cameos by WWE Superstars Rusev® and WWE Diva Lana™, Countdown is the first-ever WWE Studios film to shoot and include live event footage. Countdown will be available on Blu-ray and DVD at the suggested retail price of $19.99 and $19.98, respectively.

Granted, most of the WWE Studios films have been awful. Off the top of my head, the only ones I enjoyed were the first Marine and Dead Man Down, but I'm not going to lie. This looks pretty good so I'm going to check it out. I do have to LOL at the fact Dolph Ziggler and Kane don't exist in this alternate WWE timeline.

Now all we need is an adaptation of Big Apple Takedown, using members of the current roster in place of those that aren't with the company anymore, which is most if not all of the wrestler's and divas in the novel.
