Trophies Not Syncing Between Consoles

I don't know if this has been posted before but I've been having a problem syncing trophies between consoles. I have a 120gb slim in my living room and an 80gb fat in my bedroom. The trophies sync fine to the main server though.

Take this scenario: Play Red Dead in living room, sync my trophies before I go to bedroom. Then I turn on ps3 in bedroom, sync trophies, and the new Red Dead trophies (or any game for that matter) don't sync to my console. Then I can get them to re-pop if I wanted to (EDIT: Re-earning them on other PS3). However, they are synced with the main server so if I have 8% in my bedroom and 25% in my living room, the main server still shows the 25%.

Has anyone else been having this problem? It seems to have started happening after I got the 3.40 update.
