Bachna Ae Haseeno (Yash Raj Films) review & screenshots

Hey all,

I know this disc has been out for a while, and even my review has been up since January, but I did a small search and noticed that no one had put up a proper review on the forum yet, so I thought I'd share mine, which you can read here if interested (and click the little green plus button at the top right of the review if you feel I deserve it) and take a number of screenshots to accompany it.

In short:

+ Points
Entertaining film
99% of extras from the DVD ported over
Lossless audio (not a given with Yash Raj Films when this was released)
Pretty good PQ
Subtitles in several languages
Nice-looking animated top menu

- Points
PQ can look soft
Yash Raj Films logo at the beginning of songs <= continues to plague YRF discs to this day
Omission of the "Photo Gallery" extra from the DVD
Omission of the Malayalam subtitles from the DVD
No HD extras (Trailers, promos, deleted scenes, music videos could all have easily been HD)
Letterboxed extras (SD can also be in anamorphic widescreen folks)
Bad sound on a lot of the extras
Extras segue into each other instead of returning to the main menu when done <= regular problem with YRF discs
No disc art <= regular problem with YRF discs
Song sequences noticeably louder than the rest of the film <= regular problem with Hindi discs
