Kino-Chan fan Active Member Member since:Oct 2009 Blu-ray collection:22 Trading Score:2	The ELETT221 by Element; is it any good? I am seeing that these TVs are sold exclusively at Target stores. While they are small at only 22 inches; they are LED monitors with 1080p at a price of only $199.99.
