How easy/difficult is this to get hold of in a UK edition usually?

I know I ask this a lot but by any chance does anyone know if this is Region locked?

As far as I'm aware it is region-locked. I can't say for certain as I don't own it, but being a Lionsgate release I'm pretty sure it is locked.

I checked my copy and it is Region A & B.
