Default Do you own multiple Blu-rays of one title?

Doesn't matter if it's a different edition as long as it's the same movie.

I own 2 copies of Coraline. One is a Canadian release, the other is a UK HMV exclusive with alternate artwork that differs to the UK retail which I've never opened. I only brought it because I knew it would be a future rarity and it has a lenticular slip.

Anyone else?

Off the top of my head, I can only think of one.

District 9 - Best Buy MNU Vest edition and Futureshop Steelbook.

Only ones that came that way like Terminator Salvation and Law Abiding Citizen. Even then I usually print a new cover and give away the one with the least extras to a family member.

I own both the US Criterion and also the UK Axiom Films editions of Wings of Desire.

Reason being each has different extra features (including different input from the director).

I have multiple movies in my Steelbooks like 2012, Terminator 4, Gladiator, Prince of Persia, Inglorious Basterds, Law Abiding Citizen, Iron Man, Iron Man 2, Hurt Locker, Final Fantasy VII Advent Children, Gamers, and so on.
At least 2 copies each movie.

a Lent cover is one that moves or changes pics when you rotate it from side to side....i LOVE them since they are different and cool.

I don't think I could ever buy a BD twice because of different covers...

i have 2 (actually, 3) copies of LOST season 5. the standard blu-ray release and the Dharma Initiative Orientation Kit, and the Complete Collection. but that's it for me for doubles. so i really have 2 copies of each season

1-6 individual seasons
LOST season 5 Dharma Initiative Orientation Kit
LOST Complete Collection

Just one for me:
Saw.

I bought it, then a week or two later I bought Saw VI, which also included Saw blu as a bonus. I was like, "Fuuuuuuuuuu...." That's what I get for buying Saw too early.

Yes I own the Dutch and US version of my favorite film The NeverEnding Story and IMO the Dutch version is better, PQ wise.
I also will own both versions of Avatar as soon as the box set arrives.

When the thread was started (great idea btw Phil92), I thought why would anyone want multiples of the same thing. Then I thought some more and realized that I have several multiples in my music library. I can truly see now that as movie fans you may want the same.

Again...nice thread!

Kind of embarresing, but own (Or used to before I gave two away) 3 copies of T2.Ordered one on play.com or amazon, forgot I ordered it,and bought it in store.Imagine my embaressment when the first arrived in the mail. Then I bought the sky-net edition.

On a different note:I have both the dutch and US version of Se7en,and they are quite different beasts visually. It's kind of intriguing. The dutch version looks more gritty than the US,which I find somewhat apealing for this movie,AND it has the theatrical cut of the movie. Not much difference between the US and dutch version, but some scenes has been edited slightly in audio in the US edition. But the US version is sharper, and looks slicker.Gonna keep both since this is in my top 5 movies of all time.

I purchased Grumpy Old Men when it first released, Then when the Grumpy/Grumpier Old Men double pack came out, I bought that to get the sequel. That's the only movie I have more than once on BD.
