Log-In question - BB software issue? - Blu-ray Forum

When I go to most message board sites a cookie in my browser (Firefox on WinXP Pro) automatically logs me in. Here I have to log in each time, and it seems as though there is a time out or something as well. Is this an incompatibility with Firefox, or intentional. It makes it seem less "friendly"

Any upgrades coming to the forum software, or has this been reported before?

When you log in, don't you get a tick box to select Remember me ?

Yes. And I check the box every time. But it still doesn't do an auto log-in like AVS, HTF, Yahoo homepage, Google news homepage, etc. I still have to manually click 'log-in' each time, just don't have to re-type info. And if I leave the site, have to do it again when I come back. Sometimes it's even caused by going back too far by mistake in the browser. Minor annoyance, really, but just wondered if it was working for anyone/everyone else?

Hey, nevermind. I logged in, then saved a new bookmark and looks like it's working now. Carry On

Well it turns out that the log-in times out. When I posted the last message, I could leave and come back and be auto-logged in. But after what seemed to be a fairly short time I'd have to re-log in.
