The Blu-ray Community Top 31 Horror Films of All Time (Please Read First Post)

Ok time for another list this time with the Horror movies since its Halloween Season. I will clarify this at the top so everyone see. We already have the Horror Marathon going on and we also have a lot of new users so lets see what are the top horror films in our community currently. Make your list based on what u feel are the best/favorite or a combination. Its all up to u.

Thanks goes to Romulus for starting the idea and allowing CZAR and i to keep it going for the time being.

How does it work? It's easy. You come up with a list of what you think are the Top 31 Horror films of all time. Based on how they place on your list, the movie will receive a certain amount of points. The Top 20 films on your list will be scored accordingly:

1. 20 Points
2. 19 Points
3. 18 Points
4. 17 Points
5. 16 Points
6. 15 Points
....
17. 4 Points
18. 3 Points
19. 2 Points
20. 1 Point

Every movie placed after the 20th spot will also receive 1 point. So essentially, you only have to rank the Top 20 while putting the remaining 11 in no particular order.

RULES
1. You may base your list on best/favorites Horror films or however it works for you. To me best/favorites go hand in hand for the most part. It doesn't matter how bad the film may be perceived by everyone else this is your opinion only so dont be afraid to list what you feel you want to list!

2. Movies can be in multiple genres as long as the film is considered a Horror movie.

3. TRILOGIES or SERIES DO NOT COUNT AS ONE. It was quite aggravating in one of the other threads to see somebody's number 1 film of all time be: The Original Star Trilogy or The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. These are 3 films, not 1. So if you put the Halloween "Series" as your number one Horror film of all time, I won't count your list. Simple as that!

4. Do NOT put multiple movies at the same ranking. Don't put 3 films at the number one spot then start the list at 4 following it. Put only ONE film at each rank, or I won't count your list.

5. Since this is for fun and discussing movies should be fun, be respectful of each other. If somebody has a movie you think sucks at number 1, who cares? The point of the thread is to find out what the community as a whole thinks is the top Horror film.

6. If you list a movie that has a remake please list if you are posting the original or the remake. You can post the year or the words remake and original.

7. Deadline: October 24th, 2010 12am EST. That is plenty of time for everyone to post a list. I wont take any lists after this. So make sure you get it in before then. I will post the results on Halloween night.
