I only see the dvd version on the Showtime Website, and nothing on Amazon.

Amazon.ca has it. And it appears that Amazon.com has a placeholder for the Canadian release. AFAIK, there has been no BD release of any season of Tudors in the US; they've all been Canadian.

Anyone get their hands on the Canadian BD yet? I, for one, would like a full report!

Yeah, I don't know why you're surprised since the other seasons haven't been released in the US either. Apart from the Canadian version, Sony is releasing the UK version in a couple of weeks.

I am not surprised just wondering if they were going to realese one in the us.

I bought seasons 1 and 2 from the UK last year, and have season 3 pre-ordered on Amazon.co.uk. I can't wait!! Apart from Dexter and Weeds, no Showtime releases make it to Blu-ray (sadly): United States of Tara, Californication, etc.

I imported the first two seasons from the UK, and that's what I'm going to do with season 3 as well. It's a great show, and I hope they make a fourth season.

The 4th season will be the last. I'm hoping for a boxset eventually.

Any confirmation on whether the UK season 3 is region free? The website lists it as region B, but I know seasons 1 and 2 work in the US.

The U.K. releases of The Tudors are fantastic. Sony handles it there and does an excellent job. The picture is nearly of reference quality, while the lossless soundtrack is very good. One of the best region-free discs available in my opinion.
