Best 2000s adult comedy? - Blu-ray Forum

The late 2000s/early 2010s were the last “real” years of raunchy adult R-rated comedies (Deadpool notwithstanding). There were some real oh el hits between Superbad, Tropic Thunder, Borat, Hot Fuzz, Ted, The Hangover, etc. and it’s sadly an era that we’ll never really get back (again, other than Deadpool and the occasional Good Boys).

Which one was the best?

Best for me was Superbad. So many quotable lines and scenes (“it’s you, McMuffin”). The dick drawings and the McLovin’ reveal scenes are the ones that stand out to me. “You know what kinds of foods are shaped like dicks? The best kinds!” ROFLMAO.

I voted for Tropic Thunder. It's truly an epic.

There's so many more, but I'd like to give a shout out to the films of Giuseppe Andrews; one of the great comedic discoveries of the 2000s.

Superbad. So many great comedies from that era that will never be created again in this day and age. The last good comedy was The Disaster Artist. Before that, Bridesmaids? So the time between good comedies gets longer and longer.
