Looking To Add Second System

Guys

I'm trying to complete my first system(currently 3.0)

but I'm already looking to adding a second system
in a smaller room, this would be a budget deal
so any ideas on a solid rec that does most everything my pioneer
elite 03 does(in terms of decoding hd audio)

along with some solid affordable fronts & sub

would like to keep total in neighborhood of $500-$600
