Default Region Free/Region B Player: Please help!

I am looking to purchase a Region B, or Region Free BD player, and was curious if anyone could provide any assistance or recommendations, or even better perhaps some answers to some questions.

The Oppo's are obviously very well reviewed, and very highly recommended, however with their current models being discontinued, there really is a shortage in the market until the BDP-93 comes out (at least a year away from what I have gathered.)

I would love a model that out of the box will function without having any issues regarding PAL/NTSC conversion, as I am using a Samsung LN46C670 LED TV which I am assuming is NTSC only.

I have done quite a bit of reading and researching, and I feel like I may still be in the dark as there are a few questions I am not sure on, so here they are. If you can provide any answers or insight, it would truly be greatly appreciated.

If I purchase a BD Player from the UK (Region B) I am assuming it would come 240v, instead of the US 115v?

Are there models that can be purchased for use in the US, that come standard 115v, with an edison plug?

If I purchased a model from the UK, would it come PAL or NTSC and would it function with my US LCD TV?

Are there any other models or recommendations that you could make to get up and rolling with the capability of watching Region B locked films?

Are there any other models I should be considering that can be purchased in the US capable of playing Region B films with no issues regarding conversion/power?

THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ANY/ALL RESPONSES. I appreciate it, as I would love to educate myself more on the subject.
