GoHastings Question

I posted this in a deals thread, but the deal is now dead, and not many check that section. But i bought a previously viewed copy of "Where the Wild Things are" not knowing that those type of copies are rental copies from other stores. I emailed them saying that in the product description that it said that the PV copies came with a digital copy, and mine didn't come with one. Asked if i could send it back and get a regular copy since it doesnt come with what the description said. Well, i never got a email back so i thought i was out of luck.

Untill a couple of days ago, when out of no where i got a GoHastings package in the mail with a regular used blu ray copy of the movie for no charge. So i was just wondering, anyone ever been this lucky before?
