The Scream Collection could be out on Blu-Ray once the 4th one comes to Blu-Ray, possibly.

As far as Pulp Fiction, I don't know.

Pulp Fiction has a release from Panorama in Hong Kong. It's Region A so it'll obviously play on a USA player.
Scream MIGHT be available in Canadia from Alliance but your mileage may vary, exponentially.

I've heard that Scream 1-3 was released but with no special features. I'm not sure where. Could be fake, or it could just be the first one. Sorry.

Could wait for news on Miramaxe/Dimension for news of this being released in the USA since isn't Scream 4 due to be released soon?

There's at least three different releases of Pulp Fiction: Scandinavian, French and Australian. The French has forced French subtitles and is region locked I believe, the Australian is 1080i but region free and the Scandinavian one is superb quality and also region free.

The Australian release of Scream is also region free but only a bare bones BD25. The quality isn't too bad tho its nothing spectacular.

Panorama appears to be Region A and 1080p.
Pulp Fiction

Might be cheaper from DDDHouse.com of course.
