Despite all 5 original POTA movies got a superb-looking BD release, Fox is gonna further "restore" the first one for a new BD edition. Maybe even improved audio? http://www.blackmagic-design.com/nz/...lanetoftheapes It's wise to expect more (the 4 sequels) in the future to come, now that 'RISE OF THE APES' is gonna be unleashed in 2011. Fingers crossed, I wanna a BD remastering of the original 1974 TV series too, the DVD edition sucks. Looks like POTA will live forever and ever. Last edited by UniSol GR77; 12-07-2010 at 07:37 PM.
