Magnovox NB500MG9 Problem - Blu-ray Forum

I'm having a problem playing some of the extra features on a few discs and all of them on Chaplin. When I do play them they appear in a little square in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Does anyone know why this happens as for the most part my blus are fine, but a have a few like this? Is it perhaps in need of a firmware update?

A firmware update might solve the problem.
