I liked this more than I expected. A little hokey at times, but Jodie Foster and Tahar Rahim especially were outstanding.
When I saw it an AMC, they had spanish subtitles play through the whole movie. I'm guessing this was a mistake? Did this happen to anyone else? It was kind of odd/distracting for much of the film. |

I finally got to see this on Showtime. Jodie Foster brought her A-game and Tahar Rahim was exceptional, but as a whole, I found the movie sort of flat. But I enjoyed the story that I knew little about, and people should see it for those two central performances.
