HD Television Programming

Hello,

I have Dish Network for my tv provider and have recently been interested in upgrading to their HD service. I've noticed on their website that they have a list of 38 HD channels, and it says add high-def to your existing package for $20 more a month. ON the list, there are several channels like Music HD or Universal HD that I do not currently get.

My question is, do I have to get a better package to get these channels or are they added just by adding the high-def receiver?
