Just curious about something.
I have this soundbar hooked up via HDMI to my PS3 then HDMI out to the TV. I'm fairly happy with it but something doesn't seem right about it when playing certain PS3 games. With Blu-Ray movies it sounds very crisp and clear and dialog is MUCH easier to hear/understand as opposed to my last set-up which seem to drown vocals out. So no problems when playing BR movies (with my PS3) When it comes to videogaming with the soundbar, its hit or miss for some reason ![]() I played Uncharted 2 and it sounded pretty good. I played Killzone 2 (a game that i thought would really test this soundbar out) and it didn't sound right at all. It had a very "echo" like effect to it, mostly with the voices but i noticed it in the sound effects too. Is it the game itself? my PS3?...not sure what the deal is. Anyone own this particular soundbar and game with it? EDIT: I have it set-up to play in 5.1 if that means anything (it goes up to 7.1....which i know its all "simulated" but you know) |
