Default Poor Sharp Software on Blu-Ray player

I have had no end of problems with software upgrades on Sharp. The help desk is useless aand I am fed up wasting my money on phone calls.
I hope some Sharp Executive reads these comments with enough power to improve software quality delivery & support. I am sorry to say I have never bought a piece of equipment with such badly designed software management and supported in such a poor way. The latest 'help desk" excuse being the memory stick cannot be more that 2MBit. Does anyone sell one so small nowadays! I would not recommend buying a Sharp Blu-ray player at this point in time but I do hope they still take the trouble to upgrade the BD-HP21 software soon to one that actually works on my machine. Next time, I hope Sharp include a reset option, so corrupt or incorrect regional software can be over written. By the way I am pleased with my Sharp TV, it's just the Blu-Ray that lets them down.
