Default cheapest display for use with PS3 3D

Hi,

Starting with just a PS3 (and some headphones) what's the cheapest solutions to get 3D?

I know there are cheap monitors and projectors that are 3D-Ready but they all are not compatible with the PS3 and 3D Blu Ray players without an additional device. Add that device and you get too close to the price of an actual 3D HDTV.

I wish I could get a computer monitor that would just work directly with the PS3 for 3D games and movies.

Best bang for your buck would be a Mitsubishi 3D HDTV. I have a 65" and it's phenomenal. Amazon has some great deals on Mitsubishi. You'll wind up getting a much bigger 3D tv for less money than any other brand. You'll be glad you did.
I also have a PS3 I use for 3D gaming and a standalone Sony 3D bluray player I use for movies. Both work great.

There's a 50" Samsung 720P Plasma out there for around 800$ on sale with the whole 3D kit and kaboodle.

I went and searched my Best Buy today hoping to find an out dated Mitsubishi.

No dice.

Seems like Mitsubishi from Amazon really is the way to go.

Either that or just wait to get a Panasonic. It's not the "cheapest" but they seem really great.

Yeah, it's a fantastic T.V.. You would pay a lot more for another brand that size. My T.V. was actually cheaper than many smaller 3D HDTV's. I have had no problems with crosstalk/ghosting that I've seen reported with other brands.
Even if you wanted to go bigger with Mitsubishi the prices are still fantastic.
Good luck, and hope you get the one you want while saving yourself some cash.

Dell has the 65c10 which is basically the 638 without the gloss finish for 799.99 right now. With either the 638/c10 your still going to have to buy the mitsu 3d adapter for 3d content though.
