Default need help with organization

Ok so I need a little help on placing my components on my TV stand. I tried many varation and just dont like the looks. I have attached 2 pics. First one is older from my place in Tampa. The 2nd pic is the current setup from my new place in West Virginia .

The components in my living room are
50" sammy 650b, Yamaha soundbar, sony 560 bdp, Direct Tv DVR, Wii, xbox with hd player and apc power center.

What everyones opinion on the cleanest look.

I like the 2nd pic better. Try to fill the empty shelf space with something.

Keep sound bar in front of the Tv, I could either put like 5 model cars on the center row or move the Wii and Xbox there.

Also I am tempting to move the sound bar to the bedroom and do the 5 or 7.1 in living room. I just feel its point less since I live in a apt and I move about once or twice ever 2 years.
