well that was quite the title....Ok here is my short list of recent 2007 blockbusters that need to be EXCLUSIVELY on BLURAY, this is not for the movies making $20-$30MM...I am talking about the $50-$500MM box office revenues! These are the titles that can compete with HDDVD Exclusives such as Transformers and Shrek 3
Please add to the list when you reply. Do No Include Already announced and dated BLURAYs like DIE HARD/LFODH, Cars, Fantastic Four..etc - Only Unnounced/Undated Potential BLURAY EXCLUSIVES that were a 2007 blockbuster. We will call this list, the TRANSFORMERS CRUSHER LIST! Transformers Crushers List: 1- The Simpsons Movie 2- Borat Disclaimer on Borat: It was disgusting, Offensive, and REALLY FUNNY! This movie paired with a Simpson's movie released by Fox Exclusively on Bluray will definitely help crush HDDVD's holiday's numbers. Here is a full list of the top 150 grossing movies at the box office World Wide (Newsflash: POTC 1, 2, and 3 EACH did better than Transformers with almost $1 Billion world wide revenues each). Ok here is an accurate list from IMDB's website, they have the top 500 movies, but I think the Top 150 will suffice for us....I am gonna post this in the first post as well.
