United Kingdom Parade's End (BBC)

This is a wonderful series with a stellar cast and crew: Written by Tom Stoppard (Brazil, Empire of the Sun, Shakespeare in Love), directed by Susanna White (Bleak House) and starring Benedict Cumberbatch (Sherlock) and Rebecca Hall (The Awakening). Highly recommended!

It's region free for members who can play 1080/50i, which is a sort of "PAL" encode, but it is definitely playable in region B.
