Bluray banding

You cant really tell in the above pic but I bought batman begins on bluray from block buster recently and in all dark scenes I had "banding" on the right side of the picture. It was like 1 row of a darker shade of black and a light row for like 3 times. I would have chalked it up to the transfer if it was once but it was like that on most dark scenes.

When I watch television or any other bluray, nothing like that. I am going to try and get block buster to just exchange it (I will lie and say it skipped) or something....

What do you think? You think BB will exchange it? Or will they pop it into a player and know it was a different issue and that I am just picking too picky?
