A guy on the High Def Digest forums with the name "Fox Executive" said it'd be out in December, day and date with the SD version.

Normally, such an obvious name would arouse suspicion, but he has their official "Industry Insider" tag below his name.

Comingsoon.net says 12-18 for dvd so I would say blu-ray on that day
