Apple iPad Ad Stuck on Jigsaw Puzzle - Blu-ray Forum

When my Dad plays jigsaw puzzles on his iPad, occasionally an ad appears on screen and can't get rid of it to get back to the puzzle.

Is there a way to stop this?

It sounds like there could be something wrong with the Jigsaw app itself. Makes sure it’s up to date in the App Store. If that doesn’t help, try deleting and reinstalling the app. If that still doesn’t help, it’s probably time for a different game, or try contacting the makers of the app.
