National Treasure 1 & 2 - February 8, 2011?

I caught National Treasure playing on TV today and discovered that I don't have either of the movies in my collection.

Checking Amazon, I see that both are out and have been for a while, currently running for about $15.

However, both 1 & 2 also have listing for new releases, currently running about $20 with a release date of February 8, 2011.

So far, I've not been able to weed through listings and discussion of the current edition to find any info about these 2011 releases.

Does anyone know what will be different about these? The Amazon listing indicates the new version will be two discs vs. one for the current, but also indicates the new release will be a 1.85 aspect ratio vs. the current release's 2.35 - that I find really hard to believe.
