I realize that there are multiple threads which discuss the practical and PQ-enhancing nature of Home Theater LED Lighting Systems such as Cyron, Ikea, and CinemaQuest, but I've read thru every thread I could find, and I only found 1 post claiming that CYRON LEDs (their "Pro" product line) can produce the 6500K color temp recommended for viewing a TV's color spectrum unaltered by non-neutral biased lighting behind a TV.
The pic below is of the most popular CYRON system, the one I'm interested in ordering The package appears to have a pic of the color spectrum of light sources on it... Can anyone who owns this system confirm that these LEDs will produce 6500K? Cyron.com's description of this item makes no mention of its specs w/ regards to the color temps it can produce ![]() I'm aware that these lights can produce any color of the spectrum, but can its white levels reach 6500??? Thanks in advance for your responses guys I'm in the final stages of a major upgrade to my system, and I've enjoyed checking out the pics of all of your theaters I'm also looking forward to starting a gallery of my own when the last of my goodies arrive ![]() 51Rns9q12hL._SS400_.jpg Last edited by moviefiend1977; 02-22-2011 at 09:40 AM. |
