What's the point of combining them together?

I also do not like the German COTT SteelBook™. Half and halfs do NOT look nice. That is why I will be passing on Iron Man 1 & 2 Amazon.de. Back to back like BB/ TDK is fine but both on the same side noooooooooooooooo.

Are you kidding me...the German COTT is awsome! It's not like 2 different movies on the cover. But, you have your opinion, and I have mine. I do hate this Bourn GZ steel though, just like the Robin Hood Gladiator double.

Well the Robin Hood/Gladiator is at least two single Movies not like it is here the third of the Bournes packed with an indiviual Film. Very weird Release.

They don't have to make it even more blatantly obvious how similar these protagonists/films are.

Yea, that is odd! It's kinda like throwing in a say, Jumper, and Star Wars ROTS.

If they had chosen one art either the mortals or the gods and combined that with the cracked paint effect it would have been a winner as far as I'm concerned. Maybe the mortals on the front and the Gods on the back in cracked paint, like artwork. It would have been gorgeous, like 10,000B.C. German. That one still leaves tingles down my spine.

I see what you're saying, and I do think that would be a far better choice for COTT, but it is still a very pleasing steelbook the way it is to me.

+1 I don't know if you mean just the steelbook, or the movie also, but they both truly suck! I watched it pretty much for one reason alone....Natalia Avelon, and it still sucked!

It seems to become a trend in France. Here's another Steelbook combining two movies :

I believe this two movies are together because they are from the same Director: Paul Greengrass. Although he also directed Bourne Supremacy....
