Default This Is Preety Cool....

....For any of you that live in New York, Seems like the Blu Has Gotten Another Store To Back Them Exclusively. Long Time Rental And retail Store Kim's with a few locations in NY and another in NJ is only backing Blu-Ray, and I have even personally spoked to the manager and he says they are only backing blu-ray and have no plans whatsoever to carry hd-dvd. So thats cool now hopefully they will release a lot more underground, and art house films on blu to go with what Kim's is famous for.

Kristin you seem to be pretty into foreign films, have you seen Travellers and Magicians yet? I've been trying to get a hold of a DVD copy or find a theatre playing it for a longggg time and haven't been able to yet.

It's good to see that the smaller regional retailers are warming up to Blu-ray as well.

No I haven't. Please send me a message if you do find it on DVD, let me know where I can get it. I'll do likewise. Thanks

EDIT: I do see it at Amazon, region 1 and here:

Actually, strangely enough I just checked Amazon.com after posting that and noticed it's for sale there... not sure I want to buy it outright, but it's available none the less. Good ratings too.
