Universal will be releasing Beethoven's Christmas Adventure (2011) on Blu-ray on November 9th.

Synopsis
Tis the season to celebrate with everyone's favorite St. Bernard, Beethoven, in this heartwarming holiday adventure where the hilarious canine speaks for the first time! When Henry the elf (Kyle Massey, TV's That's So Raven) flees the North Pole with Santa's sleigh and his magical bag of toys, he crash-lands the precious cargo in a suburban neighborhood tree. But when the bag ends up in the wrong hands, it's up to heroic Beethoven and his teenage pal, Mason (Munro Chambers, TV's Degrassi: The Next Generation), to rescue Henry, fetch Santa's toys and save Christmas for children everywhere.

It's a UK release, and it's region B locked. In order to see it on the releases page you have to set the flag on the site to the UK, or to the worldwide option.

There's also a 4-movie set coming out in France this month:

I found individual release of Beethoven’s 3rd and 4th on Amazon France site and ordered them. I hope they are region free but if not I do have a Region B compatible player.
