Yep, just pre-ordered this as I was impressed with the first two episodes.

No they dont but i would love it if they released them later on. And season 4 is almost like a new start since most of the cast is gone. Im not really crazy when studios release later seasons but it is something we have to deal with.

ON another note if anyone can answer this for me that would be great.

I just saw this on the listing on amazon

will be sold by Amazon's Preferred Merchant indigostarfish.com
Has anyone used them or received things from them in the past? I have used amazon.uk 5 or 6 times now and have been happy for the most part every thing has come directly from amazon. I have some credit from them that I would like to use possibly towards primeval.

I've had stuff sent from them a few times no problems and a cute little jiffybag.

Import Duty and VAT

Indigostarfish.com prices do not include VAT because: (a) the State of Jersey does not charge VAT on products purchased in Jersey; and (b) when products are imported into the UK, VAT is usually payable in the UK by the importer of record (the customer is considered the importer of record in respect of items purchased from Jersey). However, there are special tax and customs regulations that exempt personal imports of 'low value' goods (goods with a value below £18) from import VAT. You can find further information regarding the VAT exemption here. When ordering an item from Jersey, you are acting as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the UK. To the extent your purchase does not qualify for the low-value exemption from import VAT, you may be liable for import VAT at the time of delivery.
For more information about the VAT relief please read HM Customs and Excise guide to Shopping on the Internet.

Default Frequency?

2Entertain seems to have been putting out most, but not all there blurays region free but at 50Hz. Will we not know until they come out next month if they are 25Hz or 50Hz? Just wondering since I'm in the States.

Do you mean 24fps? The US NTSC is 60hz, PAL UK 50hz. It seems putting stuff out in 1080i 50hz is almost like region coding.

Sorry I ment 24Hz. I have BBC's Robin Hood, Planet Earth, and Torchwood seasons 1-3 they are all 24Hz, but then I have Sherlock, How the Earth Changed Us, and Life and I have to play them on my desktop PC because they are 50Hz. It doesn't really matter but I am just limited to where I can watch it if it is 50Hz as apposed to 24Hz like a few of the other UK blurays I have bought.

Not exactly true - they were filmed on super16mm but the post-production work, including the master grading was likely done in standard definition, and the CG is almost certainly standard definition.

I suppose it's the same if you only have one Blu-ray player in your house it can be limiting, if your PC has a decent screen size it's not too bad though I guess.

It's out today. So, can anyone confirm whether it's region free?

I received this Friday but have not played it yet.
I can check if it is region free tonight.
The back of the box shows 1080i and 2.0 Channel Stereo (WTF!) which is disappointing.

That is very disappointing. I would have expected some form of 5.1 soundtrack even if only Dolby Digital.
