I think I've redeemed all my receipts. Were you after something special?

I was going to sign up to this, but then i noticed this.

Quote:
Redeem credit here in increments of £2, £5, £10 and £20 which can used in-store at hmv (not online at hmv.com)
Sucks, they'd have more people join if it was for online credit.

The store credit isn't really worth it in the long run. I have enough points for an EMPIRE subscription for 12 months but that's just enough for £10 of store credit. You'd think they'd offer more store credit as it's their store!

I got it a few years ago and realised I had a ton from online stuff. So I spent a chunk on a total film subscription. Not alot of good things on there, screw the credit, if you work out how many points it is to get that, you should realise you've spent a hell of a lot more money on buying stuff than that £2, £5, £10 etc.. credit amounts too.

Plus I never buy stuff in there, as it is usually much cheaper on the site.

In the past 18 months I've redeemed £60 store credit, if you're like me and buy games or expensive Bluray boxsets a lot you can take advantage of their double points on pre-orders. Your points balance rockets that way.

If you buy the instore credit how long does it take to go onto your account? I read the terms and conditions and read that they put it on your card for you rather than sending a voucher

Goes on your card straight away.

I do the pue points as I use the website quite alot. And I tend to redeem for credit when they do their £6 deals or most recently the 2 for £20 on the HMV Universal Heroes Bly Rays.

Does anyone have an idea on how the double points work? ... or received double points.

Have had 5 or 6 pre orders online which have stated double points but only got the usual 1799 pure points ...

So how many points do people have? I have about 55k. Though my uni friend shops there a reasonable amount and I just get him to use my card! I think I've got about 20k via him lol.

I had about 200K in points until recently when I got an email stating that they were going to deduct a certain amount because they had not been used within a certain amount of time! I was hoping to save up for one of the better PureRewards as most of the smaller ones (excluding money off vouchers) are a bit crap.
