I heard from EgoFilmArts, and their unofficial word is:

"Atom and Mychael Danna, the composer, have done a commentary track for the EXOTICA blu-ray."

Which is excellent, because the DVD did not have a commentary.

That's great news! Something in the way of extras would certainly be welcome, even if just a commentary track. I wonder if an American version will follow suit.

Just bumping to see if there are any updates on this title. I noticed a region 1 blu ray on Amazon. Is this the only release of this title?

There's a region 2 release - it didn't get the best review though. I haven't seen it myself, and I'm happy with the region 1 release.
