Default weird dark streaks on my lcd

Hey guys just recently noticed on my Philips PFL7422D lcd some darker spots anyone have any clues as to what they are or mostly how to get rid of them?? Ive attached a picture so you can see Thanks for any help

looks like clouding, but we are going to need a much larger picture and make and model to give any help
