Here's my dinner
![]() ![]() This has been around forever but I'm new to it. Take a 4 to 5 pound chicken, your favorite rub and jam a half a can of beer up it's ass. Fire it up and let it cook 1.25 to 1.5 hours. Friggin' delicious. They say a 16oz can is better. I've only used 12oz but it's OK, just be careful with your placement. Any beer will work but for shits and giggles I'll empty out the cheap stuff and fill it with Stone IPA, Lagunitas Lil Sumptin, Red Seal,Golden Monkey, etc. I'd love to see some variations on this and give them a try. |
